Need some help here. Every time I light my fireplace a healthy draft is created to originates in my 2nd floor master bath (out of the fan and/or light) Any suggestions?

You need a fresh air makeup, some folks crack open the ash clean out trap door, some actually plunb a pipe to supply fresh outside air for combustion.
And some more just crack a window open nearby.

Sounds like you have a pretty air-tight house - is it fairly new?
Unless you have a "Heatalator" (or something like it), all that cozy warmth you feel from the fireplace is almost all radiant heat. To get it, a lot of the warmed room air is being drawn into the firebox so the fire will burn - and then it goes up the chimney.
If you have an ash pit in the fireplace, you may be able to open the "lid" and pull your combustion air in thru the pit.
