Does anyone have any thoughts on where I might be able to find a source for this gate hardware? The Hinges are 1/4″x2″x4′
Any advise would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Skim-coating with joint compound covers texture, renews old drywall and plaster, and leaves smooth surfaces ready to paint.

Make your own. The hinges are home made form the looks of them and are relatively easy to make. go down to the metal supply place and get the 14" x 2" stock. The Barrel on the end is bent around a pipe in a vice or some thing like that. When you get the barrel the way you like it you have it welded.
All of it can be made up with the 1/4" stock. If you need help with parts of it the metal supply place can help.
After it is all the way you like it you can just paint it or have it powder coated so it doesn't rust like the one in the picture.
you might be able to find it but I'm not sure you will.

Here are three places that have some repro hardware, I know that I've seen it in numerous woodworking catalogs over time.

for the hinges I would probably buy 'National' brand gate hinges of the appropriate gauge/pin diameter and then weld on extentions to get the 4' dimension -
I doubt you'll find hinges of your desired dimension on the shelf anywhere -

It is also frowned upon to try and advertise for free-if you had read the terms of service you would have realized that and attempted to help while also including your connection to the company along with some good information on the hardware in question.
Otherwise your post is looked at as a cheap ass'd attempt at spamming this board.
