The church I attend bought an old elementary school awhile back. The school might be 50 yrs old. We have some sidewalks and concrete pads which really show their age with dark stains.
Question: Before we presure wash the concrete is there a cleaning compound that would help take up the stains?? Evetually we want to wash the red brick also
Thanks

A strong solution of TSP in hot water, work it in with a scrub brush, then use the powerwasher to rinse it.

Pressure wash, then dilute muriatic (hydrochloric) acid.
Oxalic acid works well on rust stains.
