I need some rollers for an edge bander. The factory versions are expensive to say the least! We’re talking $700.
I need two rollers 50mm(2″) outside, 12mm hole in the center, and 60 mm long (2 3/8″)
Three power feed rollers 105mm (4 1/8″) outside, 33mm (1 1/4″) wide, 15mm mounting hole.
two special rollers with gears on top 36mm outside , 60mm high, 12mm bolt hole.
or know of a company who can rebuild?
Thanks

There was a thread here someplace just several weeks ago, someone was looking for rollers for a surface planer or drum sander.
It's gotta be in here somewhere..........................[email protected]
Didn't you get some rollers recovered? Outside of the gates the trucks were unloadin',

Well, I was prayin' the pieces wouldn't fall on me.
Yes, I did, with precision roller co. He did a great job - I posted a picture. They were 75$ each, which was a lot better than any other price. They were 12 1/2 inches long approx 2 in diameter.
http://forums.taunton.com/tp-breaktime/messages?msg=86358.20 I tried to copy the link here to the thread. If it doesn't work the number is 86358.20. The company that recovered the rollers is [email protected] Hope this helps. They were nice to deal with.

If it is the bearings, an power transmission supply company can get new one for you for a good price. Some small bearings are as inexpensive as $20 or so.
If it is the covering, can it be redressed? Even paying a machine shop can cost much less than the $700 new rollers would cost.
The bearing are the easy part, tires are taking some tracking down!
