Does anyone know where I can find information on honeycomb insulated paneled rooms. One of these 20’ x 40’ rooms was assembled and attached to the back of my house about 20 years ago. Over time the room has settled due to poor support on the outer wall. The room has started to separate (a few inches) from the main house, as the outer wall sinks. I have added some temporary support to the room but by no means is it intended to be permanent. I am considering repairing the room and the support problem until I can tear it down for a more permanent replacement but the original company “Panalume†(based in “da Bronxâ€, NY) is long out of business. I am looking for information on how modern honeycomb insulated paneled rooms are attached to a house since whatever held my room was probably damaged by the pull of the sinking end. I am thinking there is probably some type of channel attached to the wall in which each ceiling panel is inserted and attached into. Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
