At one time the breaktime forum allowed me to select form several options as to which messages appeared on the screen, ie. last two days, of high interest to me, etc.
Where the heck did that menu go? How do I get it back?

At the top of the message index, "Show Discussions".
But you need to be in advanced View. That is at the bottom of the message window just past the last message.
