I’m wondering how other builder/developers market their lots. We are in the process of developing 120 lots in two subdivision with fantastic views. They are both in a location with other gorgeous homes in the $250-500K price range. We have run newspaper ads, have large signs up, have a website, and getting ready to do some radio advertising. We don’t want to list these with a realtor, but have told several realtors we would pay 3% commission if they bring in a buyer. The lots are in the $70-110K price range which is pretty common for the area here in Utah. Are there other things we can be doing to get lot sales to pick up? I’m sure it will pick up some as soon as we start some homes. (roads are just starting to go in on the first phase) Thanks for any help. Sam www.baldmountaindevelopment.com
