Bidding a remodel where the owners want another window installed (rough opening already framed, but previous owners rocked over it).
However, I am having trouble identifying the existing windows.
No discernable names or labels anywhere. Nothing etched into the glass like Anderson windows.
My only clue is “Entry Gard – Truth” stamped on the crank mechanism.
Built 1996.
Any suggestions?

I would almost say it is a Marvin from the way the latches look ,but... ? Truth hardware is used by bunches of window manufacturers ( jeld -wen, pella, kolbe and kolbe, anderson, marvin) so I dont know if that will help much in id'ing a Mfger. Good luck.
Google [ "Entry Gard" window ] It seems Entry Gard is the manufacturer of the hardware only. Sorry I could not be of more help.
did you look real close at the aluminum spacer between the 2 panes of glass? Some manufacturers stamp it there.
It may be a Hurd.
What is the outside? Metal or vinyl clad? What color?
What size? I may have one that will fit to sell you, circa about 1996.
It's a Hurd, bronze metal clad, looks like the one in your picture.
Will check the size tomorrow.

On something that recent, our Building & Safety department would have original plans on file. The HO, with proof of ownership, can get copies for a nominal fee.
Well worth getting, as you might find the original builder that way, and get the info from them on the window make. You'd definitely be able to find the architect, plus the plans will tell you what else may have been rocked over.
If not the plans, perhaps the original permit will point you to the builder.

Thanks for all the input. Included is a photo of the outside. Sorry, never was included in the original post. This is rural Alaska, building permits? Architect plans? We just are not "there" yet.Stamped on the metal divider between the double panes:"1996 ACI 197 IGCC 1171 CBA"Wood inside and out. Thanks.
I am guessing here,But this might be the source of the glass.ACI http://www.acidistribution.com/IGCC http://www.igcc.org/ a standards organization. Many the other numbers will indicate who ACI made it for.If it is not from that ACI it a local glass company might help in IDing it.
It does look similar to the Hurd windows my MIL has, but there are lots of little manufacturers, and the stuff is pretty generic.
Have you asked at the local lumber yards -- what brands are popular locally?
