I have a Fiberglass Shower that i need to put a grab bar into is there an easy wat to do this i can not tear the wall open as it is an extirior wall please help

locate 2 studs behind the tub and mount the bar with screws long enough to anchor into them even if you have to mount it on an angle or straight up!we do handicapp rehab and mount a lot of them this way
measure and locate these studs above the shower unit.

I vote for toggle bolts (at least with a 1/4" bolt) and rubber washers or cutting rubber to fit behind the whole thing. I've installed grab bars with toggle bolts in drywall alone and they are amazingly secure and stout.
*Another vote for JD, if experience counts. A goodly amount of expensive caulk around the holes in the fiberglass will help too. Seems to be the best wat, whayever that is.BB
