Installing backed insulation with purlin
Simple question for all but me.
93″ high between studs, but with three purlins. Using bat insulation, is there a quick way to install without cutting the insulation into three pieces on the floor. The spaces are not identical in height and the resulting job looks sloppy (but will be covered).
I am thinking about hanging the bat with staples at the top, stappling below the first purling a few inches down, cutting on the purlin, stuffing the bottom of the top piece and the top of the bottom piece, finishing stapling these two, and repeating for the bottom piece.
