We’ll have two parallel-to-joists rim conditions, each with walls above that are not load-bearing, neither of which will be easy to insulate with our regular sprayfoam technique. Take a look at the pic.
We can readily glue a couple thicknesses of 2″ rigid foam to the rim before we deck the frame, but I just though I would ask:

Why not just shift that last TJI back enough to allow your insl. to work?
Of course your method of pre-insulating will work too.
