   The two I know here (Mid TN) said they wish they had come here 30 yrs ago and can't be dragged back to NY.

   Our property values are holding steady/slowly rising.

   I really wish you'd stay up there so our property values would slump a bit.

   Funny you should say that. I moved from just North of Philly to Western NC, and then here..LOL.

   "Just north of Philly", I lived in Audubon many years ago. I wonder what makes one a Yankee, anyway. I was actually born in VA. Have relatives in KY and NC.

   Michigan led the charge last year but not everything is bad. MI solved their illegal immigrant problem: the construction industry is so slow, all the illegals left the state!
