Had a client hand me a photograph of a multi-tiered deck, including the dimensions. Gave me the the prefered materials list, (redwood & trex decking). Contract okayed & signed by customer. Project completed as to customer specs/photos. All the regular ooh’s & aah’s, and the lady asked “wheres our hand rails”? Me- your specs didn’t show hand-rails. Her- “Handrails are standard”. Me- on a deck 2 inches above grade? Her- “whats grade”? Me- Nevermind grade, I specifically went over my contract with you before signing, and asked you if you wanted exactly what your Photogragh showed, you said yes and signed the contract. “Well I never read the contract so it, (the contract), doesn’t count”!
HOW IN THE HECK CAN ARGUE WITH LOGIC LIKE THAT!
Can any body top that one?!!!
