Customer wants some work done in a small office building. I think it was a motel at one time, two floors with an exposed balcony. The balcony was closed in to make the rooms larger in one area, and the floor slopes toward the outside, I guess to let the rain drain away from the rooms. Haven’t measured yet, but I guess the floor drops 1/2-3/4″ in 4 ft. A new tenat is scheduled to move in, and as part of the finishout they want the floor more level.
Any suggesstions as to a product? After the carpet is pulled I’ll take some measurements, and it might be worth adding a layer of cement board in the deeper area to reduce the amount of liquid filler.

Quickcrete makes a self leveling product that will work, but it is pretty expensive and so are most of the other ones I've seen. I want to say that its around $80 per bag. Also, depending on the thickness there are different products that you have to use some are only good from 1/8" to 1/2" and there are others for 1/2" up to 2".
The best option we have been doing is just installing a mud floor like you would in a shower floor. A tile guy can do it quickly and its good to use on sloped surfaces - the thickness doesn't matter. Just need some portland cement, sand and water. Fo rsuch a small area you would only need a couple of buckets of each. We do this a lot on patios that are enclosed for sunrooms or breakfast rooms. Usually we install tile over top of it. Depending on the area our tile guy charges $2-$4/Sq. ft. to install the mud bed.
I'd do what I just did on a bathroom floor I just tiled.
Lay down wire lathe and level a few 1"x1"s. I used mud under the 1x1's to level them. Then I mixed up some portland cement and sand 4:1 and mixed it with Liquid Latex Mortar Additive into a dryish mix.
Shoveled the cement between the 1x1's and screeded it out with a straight 2x4 cut to my length. Pulled up the 1x1's every five feet and filled in the gap with my mix.........but then again you already knew this.
