This milwaukee screw gun I’ve had a couple of months is acting
weird.
Run time is fine but it has no torque. Fresh battery and
I can easily stop it in my hand!
Any ideas?

How many batteries do you have? If only one, it may be a bad cell in the battery. If several batteries give the same result then it's probably a bad winding in the motor, or a defective speed control/switch.
In any case it should be under warranty. Don't muck with it, take it back.

surprised it's not a more common problem.
I think Dan's on to something.
Motor windings could be it!
It's got the same speed and the life span is about the same.
So if your not dealing with the battery-motor right?
