I eat, sleep, breathe, and live for log homes. I design and build custom log homes and have been doing so for 10 plus years. I have built 50 plus projects to completion and figure I can build at least 100 more before I die. When I say I built 50 plus homes I actually mean just that, I frame, finish, and side each project, not to mention I draw my own plans and contract the entire project. I am getting sore and tired, and am looking for A partner to help with the business end, I can handle sore but not sore and tired. I have built as many as 10 homes in one year and as few as 1 in one year. My average home is 3000 sq. ft. and costs 350,000. I would entertain Ideas from experienced carpenters or builders and am also considering dealership opprotunities for experienced carrer carpenters or builders who would like to build custom log homes in their area. The reason for combining your talents with me would be apparent upon seeing what I do. Any input would be appreciated.

*Robert, I live in Montana's Bitterroot Valley. Iam a log home builder. The work I do is primarily all hand crafted. I Have been Building this way for about 8 years. At this time last year I took the plunge and went independent. I am a small operation (for better or worse) and I live in an area with some pretty tall timber. Rocky Mountain, Pioneer, and Alpine Log Homes, just to name a few. In other words I have some competion. Iam always looking for a new opportunity. I would be happy to talk to you about Your company and any ideas you have.
