Mail order tools & free shipping?

One of my sons lives in Hawaii. I want to get him a tool or two for Christmas and would love to find some mail order company foolish enough to include free shipping to Hawaii……everything I send has to go by air, and tools all seem to be heavy. Any ideas? Or anyone in Hawaii have a local source I can contact. Joe H
