I dropped my drill on the concrete floor from 8′. It jammed the motor shaft in, but I fixed that (big hammer tune-up). The battery doesn’t have any visible damage and is putting out 18v. However, it won’t power any tool. All other batteries work this drill. This drill grip has contacts front and rear to install the battery either way. I get a full power reading through the handle to the rear contacts. How can one battery read through the grip circuit and not power the drill, and any other battery do the same and power the drill?
