Just bought a 70’s era trailer house for cheap, features leak roof etc… anyway I’m trying to repair the interior ceiling drywall which is apparently not the usual product–has plastic coating–and is fastened down the middle with ornamental plastic washers on 2-ft. centers. Has anyone dealt with this stuff? I need my repairs to resemble original installation so I don’t get tangled with Labor & Industries about Mobile Home Alterations without a permit… any and all trailer house repair stories/tips/advice welcome. (then I’ll start a new magazine, Fine Single Wides)
