I’ve been contracted to remodel a pool house enclosure. When I removed the interior wall finish, tongue and groove Cedar car siding, the poly vapor barrier was brittle and fell apart. I assume from the pool chemicals. What can be use as the new barrier that will not disintegrate from these extreme conditions?? If you need to know I’m in east central Wisconsin, near the big pond (Go Packers).
