Need 3″ offset flange for toilet

Plumbing contractor placed vent stack only 9″ toilet opening. I need an offset flange of 3″. I can’t find one online, most don’t give offset dimensions but measure 1 1/2″ in big box stores.

    You need a 10" rough toilet and a 1" flange.
