   I'm an architecture student and an experienced builder, and this sounds like a fascinating project. I believe I could give you something much better than anything you'll find in a generic plan book.

   *I doubt you'll find any pre-drawn plans with what you want. You're probably beter off going to a local architect and having them drawn.

   *I am a designer of house plans, and I just completed a the design of such a house this past winter. It has two levels at 1800 s.f. each, with the garage on the lower floor.    Does anyone know where I can find house planss with the garage as the first floor? We have a very small, 50 ft wide, view lot and would like to build a 3 story house on it. Any information would be appreciated.
