About 3 years ago I installed a plastic (yuck) shower stall in a dairy barn remodel. I am going to rip it out and would like to install a tiled shower in it’s place. I read “A Mortar-Bed Shower” by Michael Byrne in a long past issue of FH and frankly it sounds way to complicated. This is a concrete floor building and I need advice.

Nora, you might try posting your question on the "main board" of breaktime. This "help wanted - work wanted" section doesnt get much traffic...jim
*Nora,I assume you have a drain in the floor. You could just install a fiberglass shower pan, frame around it, install tile backerboard, tile and grout. Piece of cake.Bryon Kuntz
