Fellow computorless carpenter wishes to know what adhesive used by you to fasten 1/4″ corian panels to wall in tub area. Has primed green bd base. Directions called for a tan surround adhesive. He questioned corian (phone bank) and they have had problems with it and no longer recommend. Couldn’t get through to a tech. so he called me. And seeing as I have no experience with it I’d thought I’d ask. Any suggestions? He’s got access to Lowes,HD, and some smaller yards. Thanks.

my favorite for corian bath surrounds was phenoseal.. comes in various colors.. great holding ability.. easy clean up..
brace it well and don't take the braces off too soon...
*Thanks Mike,Have looked around here for phenoseal before with no luck. People have said HD carried it. No find in this one. Hated the place even more. Will try again. Any more ideas? What's up with the pics you attempted/posted. Everthing went blue when I tried to open. Did scotty give her too much power and she blew?
*the klingons had control for awhile.. but i went back and recaptured the bridge..and got the pics to the transporter room...capn kirk.. OUT!
*I have been using LEXEL Clear, and it does a really good job. I don't install Corian (people here won't pay that much for a surround), but I do install a lot of cultured marble surrounds and shower surrounds. The marble we use is 3/8" thick, and heavy as hell. The lexell works better than the cultured marble adhesive I had been using. The tech reps at Lexell swear by it for installing cultured marble. The cultured marble manufacturer here also installs, and they use good old bondo. On some jobs, I have used thinset mortar, and had great results. I wouldn't think of using it on the 1/8" or 1/4" stuff though.James
*Thanks James, the lexel is avaialable here at a stone dealer. I'll pass on the information.
