A common question here: the consensus is pick your HVAC contractor for quality and go with whatever he installs. The differences between manufacturers is less than the difference between contractors
FWIW, I personally wouldn't put in one with a 2 stage burner: my testing indicates the efficiency is actually worse:
Either
(i) The low flame is too small for proper heat transfer to the heat exchanger, or (ii) the high flame is way too high with flame impingement, reduced life and/or excessive CO (iii) both are bad. (Depends on how the tech adjusts it.)
