I’m not sure if anyone out there is shopping for some lightweight cad software but I just discovered “Punch Proffessional home design suite” and it was the answer to my prayers for an easy to use basic home design program. It does auto framing, cost estimate, has a basic cad program. Not half bad. It defintely ahs some drawbacks and isn’t the program for anyone who wants to produce end all beat all drawings but it’s a good conceptualization program. I have nothing to do with the company, I just thought I’d share my find( It costs only $80.00 by the way)
