Keeping HVAC systems within the conditioned enclosure can be tough without a basement; one option is to use plenum trusses for the roof, which offer a space for equipment and ductwork.

Remove alternating studs and rotate them?
Can you let in a piece across the bow to bring it in?

Do like the production framers in Vegas do- get out the power plane and keep planing the studs until the bow is gone. Of course, you have to do this after the framing inspection since some of the studs may be reduced to 1" thick.....
Or, the other way they do it out there is to staple 1/16" thick cardboard shims to the low studs to pack them out to even with the proud studs. Nothing an inch or so of cardboard on each stud can't fix......lol
