I am building a house in New Hampshire. I don’t think I’ll have the money to build the shell and then also install windows and siding this year. I plan on sheathing with AdvanTech OSB. I do not plan to use housewrap. Is it OK to leave the house without siding for one winter? Thank you for your replies.

If not, I'm in trouble!
Actually, It isn't the best thing to do but if the edges are protected from serious water, it won't swell. In any area where it might be getting splashbacks or running water blowing onto it, say under a valley, I wouldn't want to see it left open. Advantech is definitely better then the older OSB or waferbaosr, but it can still swell a bit at a cut edge where wood fibre is freshly esposed.
So what are you going to use for a siding underlayment? You surely wouldn't think of going without?
Here is something that puzzles me and maybe somebody else can comment on. The 3/4" T&G cvan handle floods of water on the horizontal and come up smiling, but leave the 1/2" to soak water and it will swell. What's the difference?

I'd suggest adding housewrap. After a year it will be trash, of course, and you'll want to tear it off, but it will protect the OSB from moisture.
I agree with Piffin concerning the housewrap issue. You don't have to use tyvek, but you will have to use something. I like 30# felt.
i used advantec on the floor and it's worked out great. i have a spot of osb that has been open on the side walls,it seems fine so far,it rained 4" thurs. maybe i ought to look! larry
