   ...was at the local big box yesterday... 1/2in CDX... elcheapo 3ply is $25.a sheet? I don't think we'll ever see 5 bucks a sheet ANYTHING again.

   "whitewood" studs... $3.00ea...

   Methinks steel studs are lookin better all the time.

   25 ga. steel studs are $3 for a 3-5/8"x10'. Steels not the bargain it once was.

   d@mn, shouldn't haven't invested in 7/16 "futures" a month ago.  Have 10 sheets leftover from a redeck job at $19.00/ea., from a commercial yard.

   The $12.99 was the regular non-sale price here in northeast Ohio at a Lowes.
