I have used the same (2) 16 gauge Paslodes in the 12 years I’ve had them. Great guns – no breakdowns. Nails can bend on knots & some hardwoods. Easy to cut off if removal needed. Nails & service available everywhere. Good investment – Good luck.

Thanks. While a different gun, that agrees with what Blue says about the Paslodes.

Has anyone used a Paslode 16Ga finish nailer, and if so what are your experiences? I use a Senco 15Ga and a PC 18Ga but am concerned about the light nails that I use on the trim where it abuts the jams. I use the Senco on the trimmers and headers.

Dennis,
Agree with creative. Keep the popgun clean. I use thin line of titelbond at jamb hinges, corners and striker anyway.
