I need a set of plans for a 20×30 building. If anyone has such plans I might be willing to buy them. I mainly need to know how to build the floor. It will over a cellar.
Thanks

Sounds more like you need to check out a book on carpentry/framing/home building at the library. Plans will not tell you what you need to know.
*and a visit with your building inspector would be helpful also.......
*I still need plans or blue prints for the permits. I did find a good book at home depot.Mike
*go to a good lumber yard.. or ask around.. there should be someone in your area who just draws plans..at a reasonable rate....
*b WBA At Your Servicejeeeezowizzzz..........
*I've e-mailed you - maybe I can help but local people is always the better way to go.
*Hey piffin,Do you have plans for a rocket ship too ? Can I have some ?
*I can give you many drawings for many 20x30 buildings. Garages, bungalows, split entries... Is it okay if they're on Taco Bell napkins? Just make the cheque out to the name above.Seriously, though, those plan books won't quite cut it with your local permits office. Get a real (complete) plan from a real architect. As for how to build a floor, a plan won't really answer your questions.
