Please help identify insulation

Hi,
As part of some recent renovations, I had to remove some attic insulation from my 1951 house. The paper on the batt insulation has virtually deteriorated from drying out and cracking, as well as bug holes.
I would like to identify the type of isulation before I remove anymore, in the chance it might be asbestos. I’ve read it’s very tough to identify asbestos by looking at it, but I thought I’d post it just in case. It looks to me like a fiberglass based insulation, but I’m not sure if asbestos can look like that.
I’m posting two photos below of the insulation, as well as some manufacturer printing on the paper suface, in case that might help.
Thanks in advance.
Bill

Mineral wool or Rock wool.
Rock wool.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
Mineral Fiber (another name for what the other two said).
It's not really dangerous, but it's irritating, like fiberglass. Dust mask and long sleeves and gloves are in order.

"so it goes"
May be an early uncoloured fiberglass also. Should be no asbestos in it.
Always wondered about the rockwool or mineral fiber insulations. They were made from slag from the smelting process. The only insulation to affect me when being in an attic without a mask!! After a few minutes usually had itchy throat with a bit of coughing. Wonder what chemicals/minerals were in these products?
It might also be the age and contruction of the house. From my limited experience the stuff is black from dust that filter through the house. So it might just be the dust and the insulation.
Mineral fiber. Button up and wear a mask, it's nasty.
