Have a building with some water intrusion on an exterior wall that we’re not going to get to before this winter. We’ll get to it in late-Spring. The area in question is 20′ wide and 30′ high.
We want to protect it with something other then blue tarps. I recall seeing a large condo complex a couple of years ago, that had a water intrusion problem and to help them ride out the winter there was some gear that covered the exterior that reminded me of “shrink wrap”. Clear in color, it actually seemed to take hold to the building instead of laying against it. It did not rustle in the wind like a blue tart would nor did not seem like the wind was going to tear it away from the building.
Any one have any ideas of what this product is (and where I could get it from) and/or anything else I should be considering?
Thanks,
Tark

Just like a big sticky roll of saran wrap. I remember noticing it, but at the time did not pay attention. Hopefully, someone else will know. . .
Marinas typically use something similar for large boats drydocked from frozen lakes. My Ohio buddy's Pearson will soon be wrapped for the winter. Keeps it dry and clean.
