Inspired by the other thread on who owns the design, and also a client situation, got another architecture question. Plans are almost always one-time use. Anyone encounter a re-use situation? What fee structure have you seen for the prints for the second or third use of the same prints? My engineer has just a nominal re-use fee….smaller than I expected.

The plans are usually licensed not sold.
If the plans were sold, you have no need to pay a fee.
If the plans were licensed, the reuse cost should be about the same as the first use.
