i am hiring flooring guys to lay and seal floor. anyone know of options for sealing floor? guy quoted water borne sealer and a friend says go with swedish sealer “Glitsa” because of resistance to sunlight. your thoughts please.

A better option is to use white oak instead of red. It is less prone to water staining and is only 0.15 more per foot if that. If you want a reddish color, use a stain. -David
