I’ve got a palm sander that after a couple of years of using PSA sandpaper has got so much residue that I can’t get a flat sanding surface. the sander is still fine but the felt pad is a sticky mess. I’ve tried to pull it off but it’s just too time consuming for the little that I can get off. I’m not sure about a solvent because I’m afraid I’ll destroy the felt pad as well with something like that. any ideas?
P.S. I do have a new one that I keep in the truck and I am not getting any PSA near that one!
