We are installing an 30 foot long wood plank bartop (supplied by others) which is coated in one of the two-part epoxy bartop clearcoats, presumably “Enviro-tex Lite”. There is s stress-crack in the finish, about 4 inches long, right in a very visible spot. Is there a way to repair this ? Anybody with any experience in repairing this material, please help. Thanks.

Is this a coating that can be sanded and polished ?
If so, then the easiest way to fix it would probably be to make the crack into a 'v' groove all along it's length. Clean all the sanding residue out, and pour some more in to fill it up. The new stuff should actually eat into the sanded surface a bit, and make it dissappear. Then, if you can't pour it just right, sand and polish the surface when cured.
I've done this. I didn't expect it to make the bottom of the 'v' groove dissappear the way it did. I expected to just have to explain the appearance for the rest of my life. LOL I was very pleasantly surprized when I looked at it the next day, and discovered a bit of sanding and polishing would make it totaly invisible.
