We would like to purchase a condo. It’s electrical panel is contaminated, inside, with paint. Looks as if it was overspray from the walls when the box was wide open. Does anyone have an opinion as to what it should cost to replace the electrical panel.

If all the electrical connections work there is no need to replace it
Would it pass, as it is, if a building official inspected it to close out a permit? If not, I need ti resolve the issue.
Can you show us a picture?
You just don't like the fact that the electrical panel is in paint? I don't see anything wrong with that.
