On paper I’ve got 2500 sq ft with the PEX in the gypcrete on the 1st and 2nd floor. What is the best way to put the AC in? “Boss” says I must have it. I like the system with the small holes in the ceiling. Do you put the compressor in the attic? Will this work for the 1st and 2nd floor? Will I also need a heat recover ventilator, and, if so, can the small duct type of AC system do both? Something tells me no.
One point of doing RFH is to not have those ducts all over the place. The house will be in east central Wisconsin. Thanks for your help.

just thought I would bump this up...any takers on this one.
Hops
That's the way I've done my home.
We used the Unico high velocity system mainly because it was a retrofit in an older home along with a modern addition. It's fairly pricey though, $12k for 2400 SF in 2001
Works like a charm
