I have a 12′ window in my walk-out basement and I just noticed the header above it has a bit of a sag to it.
Ok, it’s only a quarter inch at the lowest spot, but should I try to jack it up anyway?
Three 2X10’s -without- plywood between them and nailed “every-so-often”.
Oh, I could write a book…..
