Seeking Roller Handle For Arthritic Hand

Who makes a comfortable paint roller handle for us older folks? I paint for a living and need something that can be easily gripped. I do a lot of close in work that requires unscrewing the handle extension. So my grip goes from two hands to one and arthritis is making my work a challenge. There must be something in a catalog somewhere that can solve my problem. Suggestions are appreciated.

The one I use looks similar, it's called High Roller, but is no longer manufactured. I found this one, but haven't ordered it, in my search for the eventual replacement of the High Roller which is close to 20 years old!
