I’m still looking for the right framing gun!
Anybody have any experience with this one? The paper collated slightly clipped head nails look like they would be great for decks and other visible stuff. And they can be had w/ screw shanks.
Thanks, BB

I own this gun and have used it for just three months, but so far I'm very pleased. Its compact dimensions allow me to fit into some tight spots. You might consider a Senco that uses full-head nails, rather than the clipped heads.
*Bucksnort, Did ya' give up on the Powermaster? If so, how come?Sam
*I own one of these also and I love it!! It's powerful, light and well balanced. The only drawback is that it holds only 2 clips of nails , so you have to reload frequently, but the ease of handling is worth it. It's the nicest framing gun I've used.
*Went with the Senco 650, I've never been a real fan of Paslode, kind of a Ford Chevy thing I guess. I was just checking things out 'cause it seems like a worthy gun. The 650 slams, and it also shoots a paper collated (no plastic in face) slightly clipped head nail. You can't tell it's not a full round head when it's in a deck board. Adjustable depth, sequential AND bounce fire triggers. And besides it majorly aggressive framing toe, it's got a no mar toe adaptor. Does this warm the cockles of a trim guys heart , or what? Got it for $348, tax, tags, title, out the door. I'm a happy chappy, BB
