I am installing a shower unit consisting of a glass block wall and it has a curve to it. The floor will be tiled. Is there a company out there that makes odd sized shower pans? Or does anybody have any suggestions?

I've never built a "standard" size shower pan ...
all are custom sized ...
I'd imagine there are poly or fiberglass premade pans ... made to order somewhere ....
but why bother. Just dry pack it ....
anyways ... the devil will be the bottom of the wall detail.
for full floor/wall tile jobs ... it's easy to run the rubber up the walls a coupla inches ...
making the floor/wall transition corner a moot point ....
not the case with glass block.
is it all glass block ... ? all 3 or 4 sides?
Me ... I'd be inclined to make the pan deeper ... playing off what ever the tile selection is ... and still run that rubber membrane up a coupla inches ... 6 to 8 ...
then set the first run of glass block on top of that little curb/wall ...
now ... the critical joint where water will be trying to escape from is flush and out of any sitting/pooling water .... and not a corner which will be, at times, underwater.
now I only have to decide is the block gonna set right on the fresh concrete curb I just formed and built ... or is it going to be set on top of what ever finish material I picked out for the curb. Both tile and any corian type work well ... as does a marble/granite threshold.

Down here in Texas I dont see any dry pack but I do see these guys that come in and do a fiberglass pan.
Thats all they do, they dont do tile work just the pan, any size, shape or whatever.
Do you know anything about this? I was going to redo our master shower and wondered about these pans.
They run them up the wall about 10 to 12" and slope the corners to the middle. Its one Seems like a good idea.

Thanks everybody for your imput!
The EZ way for a custom shower pan.
Take your time with the membrane. Fold the corners without cutting (the membrane).
And follow this tip. Get some 1"x pine and cut it from 1/2" to the level line on the wall with 1/4"every 12".
You need 8 to 12 pieces total.Use this tapered pieces to build a grid ( Guide to pure the ready mix cement. ) Before the cement sets remove the pine and fill the spaces with more cement.
The rest is EZ and the results is a job to be proud of it.
If you don't understand the Tip call me.
