I am building a vacation home in Southeast Wisconsin. I am considering using LP Smart Siding based on the recommendation of my builder and the lumberyard. Having read about problems with earlier versions of this product, I am curious whether anyone has had good or bad recent experiences with this product. Any insights on the relative merits of LP Smart SIding vs. fibercement vs. cedar lap siding would be appreciated.
