Slippery Treated Deck

My treated lumber deck gets very slippery with even a little snow or frost on it. What can be done to alleviate or eliminate this dangerous problem?

    I don't know, but I think the water is pushing/drawing the treating chemicals out, so mabey some type of finish would be good?

     

    Can you hold the laser level while I shave?
