I have 2 proposals from Spray Foam guys. One for Open Cell (much cheaper), the other for closed cell. Each says his product is best.
Any advice? I’m buildinh in a cold spot in New Hampshire

Open cell is only about R-3.5/inch while closed is close to 7
Closed is a good VB also, while the open only limits it.
