Icynene smells nasty durring instulation but after a day it probably is the lowest out gassing foam.
PUR has a higher R value by about 50-60%

Earl: Spray on polyurethane foam has an aged R=6.2-6.9 depending on the manufacturer. There are no known health risks associated with the "out gassing.A good source for more info. is the polyurethane Assn. @ 1 800 523-6154.Icene has a lower R factor but also less expensive so I guess you get what you pay for!

One of the two formulations of Icynene can go into enclosed wall cavities Which I don't think you can do with PUR. R value about 4 per inch. There web site is http://www.icynene.on.ca
