I could use some help estimating exterior painting, labor only,in North Central New Jersey. It’s a 24 square split-level with ribbed cedar shakes on a 14″ shadow line exposure. The square footage doesn’t include soffit or fascia which were previously done with vinyl and aluminum. The existing paint base is good;no peeling or cracking. I plan to give it a light wash with plenty of drying time. Paint will be 2 coats of BenjaminMoore MoorGuard. Windows and doors will be different color, trim only;per opening charge? Any and all help appreciated.
Thanx
Jeff
