Problem: Dirt streaks / stains on stucco.
I have tried power washing them and using bleach (diluted and full strength), scrubbing them and using an assortment of other chemicals (not at the same time).
I cant do anything but lighten them. Is there a trick to cleaning the stains OR should I give in and repaint. if I repaint is there a special paint or a certain brand that works better on stucco??

Foamy,
Clean the stains with dilute muriatic acid, AKA swimming pool acid. Start with a 10:1 diltion in water. If that doesn't do it, try 5:1. let set a few minutes. Rinse well.
Recoat with stucco colorcoat wash. A wash is when the colorcoat is mixed with a lot of water to thin it out. Sponge on. Might take two or three coats.
You can mix one colorcoat with white to fade it, black/grey to dull it, or mix with other colors to get the shade you need to match.
You can try unsanded colored tile grout. It comes in smaller packages than colorcoat. I just parged our basement with sanded tile grout. I'll let ya know in several years how it worked, longevity-wise.
