I’m considering using steel reinforced expanded polystyrene panels to frame the walls and roof system of a residential construction for a client. It is to be a single story, located in Central Texas. The particular manufacturer is Therma Steel Corp. Any info regarding this product would be helpful. Thanks Mitch Riffle

We build ICF homes in Texas and sometimes use Therma Steel panels for walls on the second floor that do not have bearing walls below. It's a great product. We really like the R-40 roof panels for building
non-vented attics.
